sometimes I think about henry hopclap telling gorgug “I’ve never seen someone work as hard as you are and not figure it out” (paraphrased, I can’t find the clip) in junior year and get really really emotional. it’s just something about the sentiment that if you really want something you can get it, even if it’s hell to get there. there is a way to do something new, it’s just going to suck. but you’re going to do it.

lydia's room is next to and sort of behind ragh's I imagine and I didn't know where to write that

I also imagine there's also a really long kitchen along the back of the house and a big staircase + foyer at the front

most of the unlabeled areas are just large masses of secret passageway or hidden rooms

I know in canon they took the couch back to the living room but it's funnier if gorgug just left it on the roof next to adaine’s tower

there are also like. so many swings and elevators and mechanisms in this house. all the residents + riz are extremely confortable with all the weird ass pulley systems and hidden levers and literally anyone else who comes over has to have someone with them at all times or they will get lost or trapped in some contraption.

fig’s piano bubble is in the middle of a giant like fancy old timey study that’s just covered in band posters and other figisms

ayda has a permanent hammock in fig's room in a little area that she decorates

I think riz comes over the most frequently and they have a little beanbag that he tries his hardest not to fall asleep in in the library. fabian stays either in fig's room if ayda's not there or just on the couch in the living room so he can leave without too much hassle. gorgug sometimes sleeps in the guest room but usually just passes out wherever is convenient

assuming nothing World Threatening happens junior year summer I think they take full advantage of their lovely barbificer best friend and get him to help them fix up and add even more contraptions and mechanisms. this has the added side effect of now gorgug too knows his way around the house so it's ONLY fabian who gets lost. fabian we’re trying to have a sleepover can you stop getting stuck in the fucking walls

hi off book tumblr………… not sure if many people are around in this fandom but I have fallen into the hyperfixation BAD and I had to draw the emo band of all time. hopefully more off book/play it by ear art/designs from me soon!!

putting characters into the torment nexus except it’s not really that torment-y because it ends up as more of a character study of a character who’s life is already a torment nexus but they’re just sort of used to it at this point so really it’s just regular nexus. normal nexus if you will. average and frequent happenings nexus.
