Hello! If it’s okay, could I request a Gameoverse headcanon of Miss Information with an adopted child reader who she drags along with her during work since she doesn’t trust anyone else to look after him (how he came to be in her care is up to you)? Like she’s her usual teasing and snarky self with Fold, but with the child, she’s nothing but sweet and encouraging. A complete 180 personality change, and Fold’s just utterly baffled how she effortlessly changes at the flip of a switch. I just think it’d make for a really cute and funny dynamic.
It would probably be a 50/50 chance on who finds you first. Syntax or Farcade.
If you like my work, please consider commissioning me or leaving a tip on Ko-fi (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)
Miss Information as your mentor
★ She can be many things. A guide, a lackey, or even an assassin should the situation call for it. Most of the time you simply call her "Miss." She lets you, because it shows some degree of respect. You honestly see her as a teacher of sorts.
★ Another thing she can be is an educator. Come on... it's in her name! Miss information. Of course you'd listen when she spoke. That was a given. It makes her feel important, like a role model for the perfect little villain-in-training.
★ To Fold, she looked so smug. It pissed him off. And knowing Miss Information? She probably rubbed it in a fair bit. What's better is that you're like, a toddler, and somehow have a better aim than him.
★ Warrick seemed to favor you. Maybe because you're young and still learning. Seeing potential in you. Either way, it's impressive how you've managed to wrap him around your finger. Considering how little patience he normally has.
★ Despite being a warlord, Warrick still has some common decency. Throwing you away would be downright distasteful. He's an antagonist. Not a monster.
★ You're kept on a leash, both literally and metaphorically. There's a child backpack harness everybody uses to keep track of you. It isn’t meant to restrain you, or to try and curb the trouble you cause, only monitor where you are.
★ If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself. That's why Miss Information keeps you in her line of sight. It's not babysitting. It's training.
★ You're "officially" an unpaid intern, according to the paperwork. Conveniently giving Miss Information a perfectly valid reason (excuse) for all the training. And to be fair, she does teach you things. Preparing you to work in the field.
★ Her words are nothing but encouraging. A stark contrast to how she is with everybody else. "See! Like I said, you have potential." Miss Information says with a wide, unhinged smile. Pleased with how ruthless you can be. All you needed was a push in the right direction!
★ Hesitate and she corrects you gently. "Confidence, dear." Villains don't wait for permission. Breaking that habit is still a work in progress...
★ People tend to underestimate you. That can be frustrating, but it can also be used to your advantage. Adults let their guard down around children. You're considered harmless. Maybe teaching you to backstab would be a worthwhile investment?
★ She could show you how to lure unsuspecting targets into putting themselves in danger. Pulling the damsel in distress routine. Waiting for someone to stick out their neck so you can cut their throat.
