Exploring an unknown location is often something the wolf-kissed does, but not always with company. The one in question accompanying them is none other than the scribe himself; Alhaitham ( strange name to them ). They have heard of many a great tales about him, and Eivor cannot help but feel drawn to the man despite how insufferable he could be at times. Though they cannot deny he has a good head on his shoulder, and has saved them more than once from their hot-headed attitude when it came to fighting. Ego often got in the way, and they have learned to do better. Still, they felt this trip was going to be a long one. ❝We are almost there.❞ The Viking is the first to break the silence, as rare as that can often be, as they looked up into the sky where Synin had flew ahead and circling the place they had in mind marked on the map. If the intel was right, they should be close. Light azure gaze scans the terrain, slowing their horse down a little as they approached closer until - ah. There ahead stood an old ruin, and from the looks of it one that is beyond old. More ancient than anything. Though as they had gotten closer, a buzzing sound comes from the stone wall, marked... Carved with what looks like a hint to opening it. Finally they reach a point where they had gotten off their horse, giving her a gentle pat on the neck as they slowly drew closer to it. The closer they got, the louder the sound came. A grumble leaves their lips, eyebrows furrowing in frustration. They have encountered something like this close to home, but... ❝The buzzing sound is enough to make anyone go mad. Althaitham, do you have any knowledge on these ruins?❞ They asked, turning their head to look towards the taller with a look of pure confusion and irritation. Not directed at him, but more towards the noise. It’s a good thing he agreed to come with them...
