taylor probably announced the folklore sessions the same day as the grammy nominations as a distraction for us in the event that she didn’t get any nominations... but here we are with a concert special coming out tonight AND 6 grammy nominations. so incredibly happy and proud.
I hope my signed folklore album has a William Bowery scribble in it when it arrives.
this took me until watching the sessions to realize but “my tears ricochet” is quite literal -when at the end of the acoustic version she sings “my tears turning into your tears” it hit me like OH when she says my tears ricochet, like her pain and her tears ricochet back onto him, that he’s also going through that pain....I need a minute
