Breakfast: 1/2 cup of cooked oats with 1 tsp of brown sugar
Snack: 1 small Apple, 1 Orange
Lunch: Salad with lettuce, rocket, cheese, celery and ham
Snack: 1 piece of multigrain toast with Peanut Butter
Dinner: 1 Potato with Baked Beans and Cheese
Snack: 1 piece of toast multigrain with Peanut Butter
None. I can honestly say that I haven't worked out in about 2 weeks. I know that I have put on weight, I can clearly see it, and I'm doing absolutely nothing about it. My mum fucked up her back and thats who I went running with every morning, and ever since she has been out of action I have too. It's terrible. My eating is fine, but no exercise is just not okay. I just find so many excuses not to exercise - rain, cold, early mornings - things that wouldn't have stopped me before. I've just totally lost my motivation.
So I'm signing up to the gym. In the mornings that I have a free before school, instead of sleeping in i'll go to the gym, and those days that I finish early and hang around before work, I'll go to the gym. I'll be paying for it out of my own money so I'll be motivated to go, and once I get my P's in September I'll be there all the time.
I need balance in my life again because I feel really gross and I hate having to see my body getting put through this every night when I get changed. It's really gross and totally unacceptable. I have 0 motivation whatsoever.
