At his restaurant, he sources each ingredient from local farms as much as possible – focusing on the quality of fresh local #ingredientsnottoppings. He started @pipizzahtx as a food truck that was parked outside of Catbirds in Montrose, a bar where Carrie, one of our show co-hosts, once worked and where she also met Richard, our other show co-host.
