What the TIBS is that?
This place is called TIBS or Two If By Sea Cafe and they’ve got some pretty fucked up croissants.
Made fresh every day and usually sold out by noon, you’ve got to be an early riser if you want a choice between plain, chocolate, almond, prosciutto and provolone, or the weekly special.
I went with my dawgs and was able to sample a little bit of everything. The croissants are pretty awesome and probably require a stick of butter per. Super dense, yet extremely fluffy, you’ve gotta check it out. I had the prosciutto and provolone and it was extremely filling. I had banked on getting a second croissant but couldn’t possibly eat another. For a $5 croissant, it’s well worth it.
My ham & prosciutto croissant + capuccino
Croissant of the week: Pumpkin cream cheese. This was definitely the best of them all.
Inside of the chocolate croissant. Look at those layers.
