   “So, where are you from anyway?” A non-sequitur, sure, but as Stephanie closed her textbook and looked up across the table at her lab partner, she couldn’t help but think that the was something about him that wasn’t quite... Gotham. Then again, Gotham was a pretty big place, and the Gotham that she knew was pretty different from most people’s.

   Also, she really didn’t want to think about chemistry much longer. Which wasn’t much of a surprise, actually.
