The BBOSong Lab All-in-One Foot Care (3-piece set) - The foot moisture oil stick makes your feet smooth by building layer with moisturizing ingredients including Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil. I found the socks to be super fluffy but with no toes, my feet did not feel as snuggly as they could have with toes. I also like for the pads of my toes to be moisturized and soft which these socks aren't really made for. So, the emphasis is definitely on heel care which is where my roughest skin is, so it worked well in that regard. The moisture stick looks just like deodorant and works the same way. You rub it on your problem areas - before or after you use the file - and put the socks on and you have yourself a little pampering session. I don't think it really matters when you use the file as I used these after my shower, so my rough skin was soft enough. It's nice to have as part of the set. With that being said, do I think you could get the same results with a pair of socks and Vaseline or a moisturizing body butter? Yes, so I personally wouldn't purchase something I could easily do at home. But...come to think of...I never do, so maybe in that regard, it's worth the under $20 price tag because it forced me to actually pamper my feet.
