Gregory in "Growing Pains"

In "Growing Pains", Hazel wished to be 13 to see Gregory 6: The Puppet Master.

Antony told Hazel about the time he went to watch a horror movie with their parents. Hazel didn't go with them because the movie was rated PG-13. I also noticed that Mrs. Velasquez and the Patty Possum Playground Employee were sitting behind them.

Is that ticket agent Mr. Dinkleberg or it could be his look alike Darlington from "Mooooving Day" in the OG Series?

In an earlier episode called "Fearless", Hazel mentioned watching previous installments of this movie series and said it was about a doll that is possessed with a soul of an evil Victorian Boy. Will we see Gregory makes an actual appearance in the future as an antagonist? There could be a plot where Gregory possesses people. Also, if all of the movies are rated PG-13 does that mean Hazel is watching them without her parents being aware of it or did the ratings of the movie change in later installments?

So I noticed that Pepperlyn Monroosevelt is in a Beta Art in the episode “Fearless”. Was she originally going to appear or have a cameo appearance in this episode? There are also two aliens who are space detectives and two security guards who are mall detectives.

Gregory could be the character listed on the box that Hazel showed Cosmo and Wanda, but I am not sure.

Could all of them be potential new characters who will come to life and appear in the future episodes or could they be like Pepperlyn and did exist in-universe and got movies made about them? In truth I was wondering, if Pepperlyn was a real fairy in-universe how did the movie she starred in ended up on earth and who was responsible for it becoming public knowledge to humans?. Wouldn’t that risk revealing fairies to humans who shouldn’t know about them? Also, Hazel didn’t make a wish for her to come out of the movie so was her soul sealed in the movie, if so who did it?

Then again Rhonda popped out of the Rattleconda Racers Game at the end of the episode she was in and Hazel didn’t even made a wish for her to come out of it and Rhonda was Hazel’s Creations.
