You know what helps me? Record yourself saying the speech. Put it on an MP3 player. Loop it as you do things to relax. Breathe. You can make it through this. I believe in you.

i thought abt that but i can't record anything right now bc my whole family's asleep and i still have to change some stuff in it so i'm basically screwed unless i work through the night :v
