Today was a trip
It's kind of late and I'm pretty tired, but I had a pretty chaotic/eventful day I thought I would share with y'all. So Mondays and Wednesdays I have to be on campus by 7AM because I have class, and it's extremely difficult to get up and be on time; but alas, I made it on time. Also, I have been having a horrible case of the allergies (dang you Central Valley). So our instructor told us we were going to have a test on Wednesday, and that kind of threw me off guard. After that, I had to rush to my 8AM class, and my professor (who is always making subtle racist comments) kept rambling on about how Clovis is the shit and Fresno is some piss town. He's some old, white guy that doesn't know shit though. Anyways, that happened, and then I worked on my report for my lab on Friday. I also was able to finish my geodesy homework, which I was so proud of! After that I had work, and then I took a "break" to go to this meeting for my major because we were having elections for officers for next year's student organizations and my friend sent me so I could nominate them for a position. Turns out she told somebody else too, so they nominated her and I realized I didn't even need to be there. She lost. But then, people kept nominating me for these two positions, and I didn't want to look like a dick, so I would just nod. I ended up getting elected. That was pretty exciting, but mostly annoying because it took an hour to decide on everything. There's definitely room for improvement there. That was my day, and so long story short, I'm getting more involved in my major, and I will also have no life next semester.
