Re-purposing vehicles - Force 911 is taking this emergency vehicle and re-configuring it to serve as a prisoner transport van. It will be outfitted with the necessary internal prisoner transport "cage" and accessories. When all is done, this department will have a new vehicle to safely transport prisoners. Getting extra mileage from existing vehicles!
