It had been a few days since she had seen him. The last time he had rushed away from the cafeteria his anger something she never saw. Hikaru carried a basket with the essentials. Baked goods that she had made with her own two hands, tea, water, anything that he might need. It wasn't pity that brought her to his door. No, it was worry. When his harsh words came through the wood door, "Leave Hikaru." She pressed her forehead against the door. “You’re asking me to leave?“
Through the door, she heard him say, “Yes. I’m asking you to LEAVE.”
Pressing a hand to her mouth, she tugged at her bottom lip before sighing. "No." Perhaps if she wasn't so worried she would have just left the basket outside his door, but this time, she pressed her hand against the door, shaking her head slightly. "I'm not going anywhere, Naka. You don't have to let me in, but I have fresh baked sweets... And no one would say no to those." If he took the food and left her outside, she'd deal with her feelings later, right now it was about him.
