The beauty of white hyacinths! Living in a house that always seems to be too warm for forcing them properly (flower stalks get too lengthy), I had given up on them. But this year I saw some pre-forced ones at Traeder Joe's for a good price. They had only three white ones left (you know by now, that I love white flowers?!) and you won't believe how fast I grabbed them, I must have looked like a mad woman.
