What Is The Role of USA Foreclosure Inspection Companies?
The foreclosing company's task is to engage a property inspector to thoroughly inspect the foreclosed property.
The inspector then travels out to the property to establish that it is occupied. Once the property has been determined to be vacant, the inspector must begin the task of touring through the property and taking photos and, in some cases, video to include in the thorough report also known as foreclosure inspection.
Starting with the street view, front door, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, basement, garage, and any outdoor spaces, the complete property must be inspected and pertinent images were taken. The plumbing, heating, and electrical connections must all be checked by the inspector.
