An Indian may be expert only in Hindi and English very few people know different languages different languages are used across different regions of the world. It becomes very difficult to communicate and understand the language of foreign traders.
• Restrictive Trade Barriers
The government of India has applied various trade restrictions people have to give export duty so many small exporters find it difficult to export their products.
• Procedural Difficulties
Different countries involve different procedures, practices, and documents in order to regulate the export trade.
• Lack of information about foreign traders
In foreign trade the sellers and buyers don’t know each other as there is a distance between them the seller has to take special steps it knows the creditworthiness of the buyer.
• Difficulties in payments
As we know India is a developing a country so mostly Indian exporters export raw materials due to lack of developed technology this is a drawback for the Indian economy

In foreign trade exchange of currencies take place there is a wide time gap until the goods are reached and the payment is made so it becomes difficult for the Indian exporters.
