“Woods were ringed with a colour so soft, so subtle that it could scarcely be said to be a colour at all. It was more the idea of a colour - as if the trees were dreaming green dreams or thinking green thoughts.” ― Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell

Forest doggo
Day six of Adventure April - Weapon salesmen.
It turned out to be not one doggo, but two! A group of travelling salesmen, they said were, who wandered the forest peddling their wares.
The fight was halted as Yakra fascinatedly ran up to the two curiously odd salesmen.
Day five - Forest Doggo! One decided to stop torturing one’s fingers, kick the part of the mind that declares ‘You can do it! In just an hour!’ at obnoxiously background filled spaces, and just….. draw doggos. Still took a day extra though. Ahem!
Also~ yay for pattern brushes in Procreate!
So~
With a flash and a spin, the maiden’s spear tumbled broken to the forest floor, dissolving into the moss, as she found herself flat on back, staring up at a tiger’s paw.
Just as the gloating Qaisar was pondering to take this blue nuisance as a gift of appetiser, a tinkle made him look up across the clearing to see a light bobbing through the trees towards them. Out past the hanging roots appeared a dog, clad in brocade robes.
‘Oh my my! Violence is no good!’
Nod nod. Agreed the Yakra frozen at the back. The dog’s lantern was hypnotisingly pretty!
