I ran the hills first then headed into the forest as the sun started to break through the heavy cloud cover. Once I had the hills at my back I headed into the forest to run the coastal track. The sand was packed down from all the rain we have had so it was a little easier running this week. I added in an extra trail in the middle and saw a whole lot of trees which had fallen over so I went and took a look. I found a bunch of rocks on a tree stump and stacked them. Then I headed for home the long way taking in the beach. It was really windy but I battled out a kilometre or so before rejoining the coastal track and heading for home.
