I was wrong Check the pictures before and after you can see my belly is flatter! Yay! I hear a lot of people saying ... oh you look great... and it’s because you are a fitness instructor..... WRONG! how many do you know that struggle with their own fitness It’s true, we have more chances to workout but it’s not the same ! Our classes are NOT our workouts... Plus the focalized exercise and muscle confusion is required ...... and NUTRITION is just 🔑🔑 So far I haven’t found an instructor who can make you sweat and then teach you how to make a good salad... . That’s why I’m a coach! . It HELPS ME! . Not in a million years I would have though about looking better at 41 than 21 !! . That’s it!
