For the last few days I've been dreading the coming weeks..it's my dads birthday soon, the second one without him but the first one with nobody, the first one since moving to city over 300km away from home with absolutely no family near by. Today we watched a movie in class about cancer patients and I laughed at it a result of intense anger and intense pain combining once the laughter stopped I cried and I kept crying all the way home. My tutor suggested I talk to someone but I’m pretty they’ll just tell me to take the damn meds I haven't been taking for weeks, its not as if I view taking medication as a weakness but I just want the opportunity to prove to myself that I can be strong enough to live without them. I’m not entirely sure what the point of this post was, not even sure anyone will read it. But even if just for the time being I feel a little better.
