I'd give anything to go back to January 2015 and live that month on repeat for the rest of my life. Everything about it was amazing. Falling stupidly in love. Eating breakfast food every day! Discovering real good bubbletea. Good cigarettes for less than £5. It was my first time flying too so obviously my first real adventure. Disney was pretty awesome as well. We drank those sugar filled drinks and ran around on a sugar high before crashing super hard. It didn't help that Splash Mountain was closed for maintenance either. Chicken and waffles! I saw a pretty grim hooker pick cigarette ends off the floor, that wasn't great but what a sight. Driving past every shop, restaurant, building and asking what it was. Shouting "mustang" every five seconds. Making friends with a big, fat ginger cat too. Oh and a cute old pup. I finally got to appreciate hot weather and how beautiful air con is. Park Avenue pizza by the slice. Eating out every night and sharing each meal. I also can't forget the cheap and wonderful Japan Express. Your staff are rude and your place is kinda shitty but your sushi is so good. The first expedition to IKEA and being overwhelmed with joy and then sudden distaste. Then building a queen size IKEA bed. The first time I took on what I thought was a 20 minute walk to find out it was an hour but then I did it nearly every day to see you. Being so jet lagged I'd fall asleep at 7 and be awake again by 6. That day Harry Potter fucked me over in Universal and I spent the rest of it feeling guilty for making you go on the rides by yourself. When we drove forever to that weird little town by a lake and you tried to flick a cigarette out the window on the motorway. It blew back in and I'm pretty sure it went in my mouth? I made you sit in the back with me on the way home, partly for the fear of it happening again and partly cause I just wanted to hold hands. Driving down I4 to your parents but the drive back was always my favourite. When it was dark and you'd see the city come into view all lit up. The exit next to that Lynx bus station. Even when you constantly changed the radio station. Smoking out the window in your crappy PT Cruiser. That one night we didn't eat out and you made the best mac and cheese from a packet. There's so much more but I feel like I'd be up forever writing it all down. Regardless, I'd do it all again in a heartbeat.
