Monday: another week to start and hopefully stay positive. Needing a little help with this recently- mostly relating to my own training and physique 'improvements'. But, I did drop weight since Friday after a low carb weekend. Energy was a bit low for this morning's workout yet I still got a pretty good pump. WHY AM I SO DARN ASYMMETRICAL? Womp.
