TOOOUUUURRR!!! anyway, there's a simple way to know if a concert is most likely the start of a tour: it ends with "IN SEOUL" because for the concerts held only in SK are only titled "blablabla @ venue/stadium" (time to put the coins into my piggybank and wish i save enough coins when the ticket sale starts😭)
