I believe it's actually saying that an abuser can seem like a normal person to other people but still BE an abuser to somebody. When they say, "It does not mean that they aren't a fucking abuser", it's saying that just because that person seems nice, they're still abusing their partner and is therefore still an abuser. I think the post was trying to raise awareness for that. Not trying to justify it.
