not sure if you wanted a genuine answer to the vaccination post but that was probably something called a hypnogogic hallucination! which are hallucinations while you're falling asleep (which aren't related to a preexisting psychotic disorder). they can sometimes manifest in what you described, like nonsense, involuntary thoughts
