While it wasn't uncommon for the cafe to have actual birthday celebrations take place, they usually didn't have so many take place on the same day like they seemed to be having for the past couple of days. He'd never known so many people who were born on the same month until he'd started working at the cafe, but after working at the cafe for the last couple of months, he had yet to see as many of them as he had in the last week. Thankful that his shift was finally over, he made quick work of changing out of his uniform and excited out the cafe's back door before his supervisor spotted him to stop him given the busy night the cafe still seemed to be having.
He let out a tired breath of relief as the door slip shut behind him, glad to be done with the day and thankful that tomorrow was his day off and that he wasn't expected back for a few days. "I'm so tired," he muttered as he made his way out of the alley and towards the street with the intent of heading home and getting some much needed sleep, but first he'd have to make a quick stop somewhere to grab something to eat before actually heading home. Rounding the corner he headed in the direction of one of the few food places that had quickly become one of his favorite places to eat, with the plan of getting some take out to take home for dinner.
