Uh oh…I forgot the login provider I used and can’t access my account!
It’s very possible that you may hear something like that from your users. Don’t worry, LoginRadius has the solution!
To avoid the hassle of remembering different usernames and passwords, we came up with the concept of social login with LoginRadius. But what if your users forget the ID provider they used to log into your site? After all, LoginRadius lets you choose from a whopping 20 ID providers, so it’s very possible that your users will forget which of their accounts they used. No worries, though, LoginRadius has a new feature that allows users to retrieve their forgotten login provider(s) that will solve this problem!
To retrieve the ID provider, all you need to do is to enter your email address on the Forgotten ID Provider pop-up and the provider(s) are emailed to you immediately.
