In resposnse to the last ask, I think that is so true and a bit sad. i'm not normally one for favourites but i really like Chihiro and at the tokutenkai I participated in I had an extra ticket so I got an extra pic with her and she seemed quite surprised kinda like 'this doesn't happen very often'. I think Haruka, Erika and Monari appeal to more people because theyre more 'idol' like. Chika and Chihiro imo are more down to earth and stronger dancers. adding more members seems like a crazy idea.

Chihiro’s really sweet and she was really giddy when I took a photo with her. I think her charm lies in her personality. She has a perceived mature/older-sister vibe to her, but in reality she’s the one who always can’t control herself from laughing during MCs and on their weekly stream. It’s really endearing. Chika is amazing at the tokutenkai. She just knows how to connect with the fans and enjoy themselves.
I don’t know what management was thinking when they wanted to add members. The current line-up were finally finding a balanced dynamic. At least it’s something fresh, even though it’s risky.
