hot take: ......a character ( male or female) wearing a maid dress doesn't mean they are Automatically being sexualized. What will make them sexualized is going out your way to make them be in sexualized is putting them in sexual situations while said maid dress. Maid dresses are not inherently sexual but how you present the said character in the dress is what will make them sexualized is going out of you way to make them be in situations that are sexual. Yes maid dress are heavily over sexualized but they are just a piece of clothing and clothing doesn't sexualized anyone they are just a piece clothing. And that goes with any character dressed in a sexualized matter. The clothes they are wearing are not the problem you constantly commenting on it is. Unless the character is a minor then yes obviously don't put them in very sexualized clothing but outside of that it's fine just don't constantly comment on it and put them in weird situations
