Formatting documents via Word, Powerpoint, Publisher, etc.
I am by no means an expert, but I know enough about formatting documents to get by -- definitely enough to know how much I don't know, but also enough to do seemingly-fancy things that can be quite easy with a working knowledge of Microsoft products. I'd love to help others feel the same.
