Any early risers out there? I’m normally in bed by 9, sometimes later depending on if I’m out doing events/living life. Sometimes my body is like no it’s not time for bed. I listen to it. It knows how much sleep I’m getting. It knows 5 comes early. I’m normally up anywhere between 4:30-6 these days. What are you doing up so early?
