Thinking about Zim going from tsundere and refusing to admit his feelings to being openly affectionate and doting toward Dib the way he is with the Tallest. Declaring his love, lavishing him with gifts and tokens of affection, and constantly seeking attention and trying to impress him with his genius. Meanwhile Dib is so unused to anyone being nice to him he wants to cry because Zim made him a sandwich.

thank u colmillocarnis for making me further think about autistic sniper and yapping w me about it 👀 I wanted to store some of said thoughts here as well:

sniper wears glasses to protect his eyes from bright lights. hat over eyes for when the room is too bright. he prefers secondary lights

sniper prefers deep pressure and full body touches such as rough housing or strong hugs as they are more evened out compared to small touches like poking (yuck!)

sniper is used to spending a lot of time alone so sometimes he accidentally self isolates . this will eventually make him feel uneasy. although typically a merc will go out n find him to hang out. he then cools down

sniper gets very absorbed in his interests such as finding bugs and collecting them that he will forget to eat and wonder why he feels so sick. spy will notice his absence at the dinner table and bring his plate out to him.

sniper often communicates via growls and sounds. the more overwhelmed, the less verbal. he needs time to recollect himself

the sniper does not concern himself with masking his facial expressions or tone.

sniper sometimes feels restless and needs to get out sudden bursts of energy. the easiest and simplest option is to run, so sometimes scout joins him.

scout and sniper digging in the dirt. pros: bonding. bug finding. dirtttt yay. cons: spy will be disgusted. won't be able to touch spy. spy will bathe them
