I wouldn't even say I'm really trying. I'm just attempting to eat less and better foods and not snack on stuff at the bakery I work at, lol. I haven't gotten to the exercise part cause then that would be considered trying xD
I always go through these phases then they end in a few weeks time. I dunno, Ima see how long it lasts. I've been feeling depressed lately and I was hoping eating right and maybe losing weight would make me feel better.
