After a hearty breakfast we start our day at the beautiful Fort Simon. They were repainting the moat so unfortunately no water in the moat.

At Clos Malverne they do a ice cream pairing. The chef makes the ice cream and these are changed seasonly. If you have not done this, go do it as soon as possible and then every 3 months after that :) My favourite of the Spring range was the asparagus, lime and chilli pairing.

Ended the day at my favourite farm again – Laibach. If you are ever in the area, pop in. Filling a Hybrid’s boot with wine happens very quickly
