// while i’m heavily disappointed by the choices they made in the 6 last months, i think people are way too entitled with what riot does, especially when it comes to skins. sure they could pick a larger diversity of champions, give skins to forgotten ones. but in the end it’s their choices and they make them according to skinlines and thematic. i feel people fail to acknowledge some of the ‘forgotten ones’ have huge issues related to either their kit or their model (when it’s not both at the same time) that they are working on even if they aren’t bragging about it. yorick’s rework had been in the work for over a year and an half before being released and it took them 6 months to finalize and release neeko when all they had left was fix a couple of bugs on the passive mechanics when i stopped interesting myself in the alpha. most of the time people only see ‘no skin’ and don’t even pay attention to all the underlying work that comes with making one. when you know it takes them between 6 to 18 months, i think it’s only logical that they aren’t wasting time and resources on something they might have to scrap in the middle of the project because the champion’s kit or model changed in the meantime.
