Day 3. Scariest thing that happened to me this year.

Done with brushes and acrylic ink this time. Somehow I always manage to have too much water on my brush.

Day 4. Sometimes using my OCs feels like being a grown man playing with dolls. It's not something I should be ashamed of, or even be upset by. However our society has *words* for people like that, and even though they're wrong, the omnipresent cultural pressure catches up with me sometimes and can make me stumble.

Playing with a print making kit I picked up so long ago I was allowed into the store without a face mask. Turns out carving a negative of what you want is kinda hard. I'm almost tempted next time to cover the blank with some kind of dark stuff I can wash off so I can tell what my print block is going to look like.

Also, chosing to do it at 3.5"x2.5" was probably a mistake. The block was originally 6"x4" and the tools would have been a bit less bulky at that scale. But even still I was able to get ear fuzzies in, so it wasn't that bad.
