And then there’s this. Highest weight and lowest weight.
This is just under 22 lbs. lost. This is 10 months of losing 10 lbs., gaining 5, losing 10, repeat. This is slow and steady and feels sustainable because I’m stepping down in increments instead of losing a ton at once and gaining it all back. This is a full pants size. (16, sometimes an 18, to 14) This is gaining muscle, not just losing fat.
This is healthy and I’m really proud of it.
