Let's face it....food is an addiction. We 'think' it makes us feel better, in all reality it doesn't because of the types of foods we choose to 'comfort' ourselves with. Get up and get active! Commit to 30 minutes a day (at least) of extra activity than you normally do. I can guarantee that no one ever complains how miserable they (besides soreness but that isn't being counted) still feel after a workout! A simple 30 min walk does so much for mind!!!
