It is happening! She (Kristina) and that Dude (Me) are going to tie the knot, finally. 

The Plan: I told her we needed to do a shoot for photos and videos for purposes of wedding invitations and e-cards for friends and families. The first problem was 'Who's the photographer?' My answer was not 100% confident but I said: Me, you, our friends, timer and tripods.

For a nurse, a weekend off is a gift. And for me and the girlfriend having the same weekend off, it is a cause for a celebration. It is a rare holiday of sorts. On Saturday, we decided to meet up with good friends Haze and Joan as we went on a Gastro-tour stretching from the Borough Market and capping the night off with sushi. That included quick side trips to the Tate Britain for some feast for the eyes and a walk by the Battersea Park.

Postcards x Athens.

The skies were as blue as in the flag of Greece. This trip on 2012 was one for the ages. We arrived into the heart of Athens from Santorini, [previous post here.] and we were greeted by rallies and protests. The next morning, the Acropolis was filled by tourists as usual as if nothing happened. 

Greeted by the Greek sun, it was no wonder the gods and goddesses chose this to be their stomping ground. It was painfully beautiful I had to pinch myself whilst standing in front of the Parthenon.  We were surrounded by thousands of years of priceless history.

Postcards x Morocco

These are some of the snaps I took when I visited Marrakech, Morocco back in 2011. An excerpt from my blogpost here:

For a Filipino like me, it reminded me of Manila to be honest. Not the Makati or The Fort kind, but the old Manila. There are some parts of the "New City" where it looked like it was somewhere in Roxas Boulevard, and in the "Old City" or the Medina, it would appear as if you're in Quiapo. Which is actually good for me. It feels so foreign, yet so familiar.

Sara + Hennessy

This is where it began. The couple asked me if I could do their shoot in London. The conversation more or less went like:

'Are you free on this date, and be our photographer. Prenup shots, you know.'

'Are you guys sure? I'm so noob. I got only 2 lenses on this 550D.'

'Nah, you can do it. '

'Well..yeah I'm free on that day. Sure.'

It was a Sunday in January of 2012, it was fairly sunny. But as the sun settled down for good, temperatures dropped to 0 degrees Celsius. Those were the shots by the St. Paul's Cathedral and on the Millennium Bridge. My fingers are too numb for the trigger, but they kept on going. We knew it was a good chance as the crowd of people were thinning out.

We knew it was such a cool experience for all of us. Just ice-cold perfect for this cool lovers.

Espe + Tope

The lovers from Bacolod, Philippines took their funny romance and had a blast of an adventure in London. From the Greenwich, to Canary Wharf, over to the Embankment overlooking the parliament and a bell called Ben, it was a day full of laughter.

Their lethal combo of pure joy and love of life are so infectious that they got married last June 2014. And they lived laughingly ever after.
