Day 72

I needed to step up my game. It was 6:30 p.m., I wanted to eat by 7:00, and I’d baked nothing today. Zilch. We were having breaded catfish for dinner and sweet potatoes. Cornbread would go nicely with that. Twenty minutes to bake meant I had 10 minutes to get it in the oven. Did it. (I’m just sayin’....)

And let me not forget that on this day, a friend that I had over 28 years ago found me on Instagram! Thank you, Lynn, for looking!! Thank you, Instagram! It was wonderful talking, like no time had passed.
