Was in the shower and remembered a post I saw about Johnny’s reaction times to the Sox’s drowning pony in the novel/movie vs the musical and it had me thinking. I think musical johnny reacted because, obviously fear, and that the event was still recently enough for him to still feel a whole lot of anger about it, so that’s why he went in immediately. In the novel and movie, instead of a couple weeks ago he was attacked a few months ago, so the events faded and instead of being some concoction of confusion, fear and anger, it’s this slow edge that’s been grating on him, something that instilled a bond deep fear of those specific Socs, the ideas had been marinated. That’s why he reacted so slow. Idk, I could be wrong but I was just thinkin bout it

So I know people have said their views on who named Mk his name, which finally in the English version they tell us how Mk got his name.

In episode 7, Mk views parts of his memories. One of them, he sees his baby self and in the background is Pigsy and Tang in a conversation. It is really fast and hard to hear what they are saying, but finally after repeating the spot a few times I have understood what they have said!

So from the voices, I have found out that the first voice is Mr. Tang as he is not with the name Mk. However, Pigsy has chose it for a reason that we still have no idea of!!

At least we now know who named the kid, I have heard many claim Mr. Tang is the one to name him, but through the English acting it is Pigsy that is reasoning with the name Mk.
