Perfect Stillness (Found Word Poem)
his kind stand still
occupy a nation, a wife
they stand still.
they plant the flag
while their stake moves underneath of them, sighing under its bondage
creeping forward into the light
for a moment in time,
they stand still.
we bear the marks of their boots on our backs
we stretch open-mouthed from the forest
chains rattle, rivers roll, the ground underneath arches and slides
desperate to hang on,
they stand still.
we inspire and expand,
we who swallowed the conqueror’s music,
sang a new song of our own
by the grace of hell and brimstone.
his kind stand still.
and his kind
will always lose
in the end.

The Decisive Moment Henri Cartier-Bresson (found word piece)
Life is once,
forever.
What I want
what I'm looking for
is my business.
The greatest joy for me
is geometry
or your nose, your eyes,
the window behind.
It's tiptoes always tiptoes,
put your camera between the skin
of a person and their shirt.
It becomes a question mark
you put on somebody.
A question of trust.
What is a revolutionary attitude
and a conception of man?
It's a way of shouting
the way you feel.
It's a weapon
it could be a machine gun
or a warm kiss
or a sketchbook.
Yes yes yes!
All the maybes should go
to the trash.
Your mind must be open,
aware. Tiptoes.
The world is being created
every minute
and destroyed
every minute.
There's no new ideas
so you must be yourself
and forget yourself.
You can't prove anything.
I know too much of
and nothing of.
You love
you hate
one can not exist
without the other one,
and time respects it.
