I did two things I really don’t enjoy: baking and going to the beach. I’ve lived within 10 minutes of a beach for over a decade and haven’t gone of my own volition. The last time I baked something was for a grade in high school. part of my spirit-body-nature discovery is re-experiencing sensual (sensory-driven) activities I’ve dismissed as “not for me”.

I am totally exhausted but I did it. I still hate baking, but I’ve learned what specific conditions allow me to enjoy the beach.
