Banana Split for My Baby| Shego and Periwinkle

She had spent a good hour at least trying to talk herself out of the latest food craving. Lately it had been pretty constant, wanting this food or that snack...or in this case dessert. Her priority had been to mostly eat well, eat healthy for her baby. She had read books on proper nutrition, she was doing everything imaginable to do right by it. And here she was, ruining some of that good work because she desperately wanted ice cream.
So desperate that she finally gave up on reading some fictional book ‘What to Expect when you’re Expecting,’ she hated it already, and made her way out of her apartment. Really, reading a fictional book with pregnancy was hardly enjoyable, but she had thought...what the hell. Now she knew that anything was more appealing than reading that crap.
And so she found herself in the ice cream shop a few minutes later, walking up to the register. “Hi...I’d like a scoop of vanilla ice cream with some peanuts, oreos and...no wait wait. Scratch that. I want cookie dough ice cream with white chocolate chips added in as well as some gummy bears...ugh no I changed my mind. Blueberry ice cream with caramel....no gross. Okay.” Admittedly she couldn’t possibly be the nicest customer to serve.
Honestly, she was changing her mind every second because she had to get the best flavor. And she was really indecisive. “Alright...strawberry ice cream with sliced almonds, peanut butter cups....whipped cream...oh...hold on...” Her eyebrows furrowed. “Sorry...I may need a minute.”
