i think some people get so caught up in whether someone was on theme or not they forget the point of the met gala is to celebrate the skills of the designers and their teams. like yeah i Do think it's okay actually if someone is only loosely on theme but the outfit is clearly masterfully made. the theme is fun and important but ultimately the whole event is about celebrating craft so let's actually leave space to do that

Poison picked up some words in sign language from Jet because he often signs when they're arguing. This has not, in fact, facilitated Poison actually properly learn sign language, but instead them getting in fights because at this point they know by heart when someone signs that they're an idiot with the sheer amount they've seen Jet do it
