There was never much of one, he hadn’t said no in a very long time, even when she made him beg. She was an ocean he loved to drown in. And himself? He liked to think she enjoyed seeing him lose control for her.

“I think it more appropriate to ask what I am willing to sacrifice, rather than what I have already. I fear the latter is rather non-existent. Well, perhaps not quite true. But as I did not know about him, I could hardly say it was a sacrifice on my end.”
