     Ban stood there, his hand swiping through the sweaty mess of light blue and white streaked hair as he let out a defeated sigh. He knew you weren’t in a very good head space recently and as much as he wanted to be right beside you, Meliodas had needed him for quite a few missions. His ruby eyes landed on your figure, curled up into a ball and breathing softly. Carefully, he took a seat on the edge of the bed, causing a small dip, your body gently sliding to make contact with red leather and silver studded pants. During this slide your shirt had risen up a bit and revealed skin, the soft flesh looked delicate, fragile, but upon closer inspection Ban had quickly noticed red stained scratch marks littering your stomach, he let his eyes wander over your sleeping figure, more scratch marks on your neck and face, your eyes were swollen, red, and puffy.

     “Aw baby, please tell me you didn’t do this to yourself.” His voice was low, a gruff whisper as he let his cold hand rub the marks, hoping they’d just magically vanish. Your small, sweet voice rang out softy, grabbing the fox sin’s attention.

     “I’m sorry Ban, I just couldn’t help it. I just- I looked so...so gross.” Ban could see the tears start to fill your eyes, he swiftly grabbed your hips and placed you into his lap, the small of your back perfectly fit into his chiseled stomach, almost as if the gods carved you two as a united puzzle piece. He placed soft warm kisses down your neck before fully resting his face in the crook of it.

    “Listen here (Y/N), you’re stunning, perfect, the person I could only ever dream of holding in my arms. I know you don’t see it yet, but I want to help you see yourself the way I do. Alright? Now, take your shirt off so I can clean those scratches.” Ban’s voice was stern but kind, his eyes softened when they met your bright (E/C) orbs, he picked you up and placed you beside him so he could hurry on to the bathroom. You carefully shimmied out of the large white t-shirt you had on threw it to the side, you held your hands on the tops of your thigh, tugging at the strings of your shirts to pass the time.

     “Alright Honeysuckle, this’ll sting a bit, but you can handle it, right?” His voice was slightly teasing, you could feel your face heat up as you just nodded. Ban swiftly cleaned the scratches, it wasn’t an unbearable pain, just uncomfortable, after he was done he laid the bandages and alcohol on the bedside table before wrapping his long arms around your waist, you hissed at the contact on your skin causing Ban to quickly retract his hands from you, a worried looked wiped over his face.

     “No-no, I-I’m okay! Please Ban,” Your voice was low, almost quivering from being so touch starved lately.

      “Just, hold me? Please.” your arms snaked around his neck. Putting your weight onto him, causing the both of you to softly fall onto the plush bed sheets. The both of you erupted into fits and giggles at the silly gesture, but nonetheless, it was a moment you both cherished.

The first pair done for 2020. Also first time doing some Seven deadly sins art. I had never seen the anime before but since I was working on this pair I decided to watch and I really like it. Been awhile since I have worked on anything. Sorry about that. I was busy with work and then had surgery in Dec and the recovery from that was definitely new. Hope I will be creating more content for the new year.
