ouo I feel really uncomfortable if someone touched me

Even if it’s a shoulder hug, a person grabbing my wrist or even a close friend doing an arm hug with me (is it called arm hugs i really dont know) idk why it just feels really uncomfortable

Oh and being in tight spaces such as lifts makes me insecure too.
