Ahh I am so excited! Tomorrow is sap tapping day on over thirty of our Maple trees for Maple Syrup! Two of our sweetest neighbors ever just dropped off a big bottle of warm, almost hot maple syrup and are helping us this year to set up the taps and show us their boiling process. I am wide-eyed, so pumped to learn and do it for the first time on our property! I will be note taking like crazy!
